The cuisine and wine list at Eden Restaurant are rooted in nature and inspired from the regions that the cruise visits throughout the world. This restaurant is particularly special, as it represents the company’s Greek heritage (the X in the company logo is inspired by “chi,” the 22nd letter in the Greek alphabet). The goal with this restaurant was to design a stunning atmosphere that would represent the Mediterranean fare served here. So the world-renowned designer, Patricia Urquiola, was called to do the job. Your clients can sip a Black-Olives Brine & Strawberry Martini, start their meal with a Moroccan Lentil Soup, and wow their palate with the Basque-style Cod as an entrée. The menu selections are inspired and exclusive to Cyprus Restaurant.

Normandie Restaurant

Normandie Restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine in an upscale atmosphere that evokes the romance of Parisian springtime, with a color palette inspired by cherry blossoms in full bloom. It can be said that the Normandie Restaurant is the French quarter of the main dining experience on Celebrity Edge®. To add nostalgic notes to the design, wood panels are incorporated from the original SS Normandie restaurant that were featured aboard Celebrity Summit®. In Normandie Restaurant on Celebrity Edge®, menus include regional European wines, unique cocktails, including Le Forum Cocktail (a perfectly proportioned blend of gin, vermouth, and Grand Marnier), tantalizing starters like the Alsatian Potato and Gruyere Tart, and main courses such as Cassoulet of Confit Duck. It’s refined, delicious, and oh so French.
